Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form is provided to you before any distance contract is concluded, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the Republic of Türkiye. Please read it carefully before completing your booking.

1. Seller

The seller is referred to below as the “Seller”, and the person placing the booking as the “Buyer”.

2. Buyer

The Buyer is the person whose name, address, e-mail address and telephone number are entered in the booking form and confirmed at the payment step. All notifications relating to the booking are sent to the e-mail address given there, so please make sure it is correct.

3. Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract is the accommodation service, and where applicable the event participation, that the Buyer selects electronically on https://iconcreativeevents.com/mastermind-2027. The room type, the arrival and departure dates, the number of nights, the number of guests, the board basis, the bed configuration and any additional services are shown on the summary screen before payment and are repeated in the confirmation e-mail.

4. Price and payment

• All prices are displayed in Euro (€). The amount shown on the booking screen is the total payable for the booking; no tax is added to it.
• The total amount payable, together with its breakdown, is shown to you on the summary screen before you confirm the booking. No further amount is charged beyond the total you approve.
• Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the Stripe payment platform. Card details are entered on the payment institution's own secure page; they are neither seen nor stored by the Seller.
• If your card issuer supports it, the payment page may offer instalments. Any instalment difference charged by the issuing bank is a matter between the Buyer and that bank.
• Where the card is denominated in a currency other than Euro, the amount is converted by the issuing bank at its own rate, and any conversion fee belongs to that bank.

5. Performance

The booking is deemed concluded when payment is authorised and the confirmation e-mail is sent. Performance takes place on the arrival date stated in the confirmation, at the accommodation address shown on the booking. The service is delivered electronically as a booking confirmation; there is no physical shipment, and no delivery or shipping charge is applied.

If the service cannot be supplied for a reason attributable to the Seller, the Buyer is informed within three days at the latest and the amount collected is refunded in full to the card used, within fourteen days of that notification.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, catering and leisure services that are to be supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. Bookings made through this website fall within that exception.

The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. Instead, the Seller's own cancellation and amendment terms apply; these are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and are also repeated in section 7 below and in your confirmation e-mail.

7. Cancellation and amendment

Cancellations and amendments are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website, which forms an integral part of the contract. The terms applicable to your booking are those in force on the date the booking was made, and they are stated in your confirmation e-mail.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please send any complaint to info@iconcreativeevents.com or by telephone on +90 543 763 45 47. Complaints are answered within fifteen days at the latest.

For disputes arising from this contract, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the place of their own residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

9. Confirmation

By ticking the approval box at the payment step, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood this Preliminary Information Form, including the fact that the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services, before the contract was concluded.
