The site presents accommodation and, where applicable, event participation, and allows you to book and pay for them online. Bookings are additionally governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Where an obvious pricing or availability error occurs, we will tell you before taking payment or, if payment has been taken, offer you the choice between the corrected booking and a full refund.

- Use the site only for lawful purposes and only for your own bookings or bookings you are authorised to make.
