1. How payment is taken
Payments on https://iconcreativeevents.com/mastermind-2027 are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified international payment service provider. When you confirm your booking you are taken to the payment institution's own secure page, where you enter your card details.
2. Cards accepted
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards issued in Türkiye and abroad are accepted. Where your issuing bank offers instalments for the card you use, the available instalment options are shown on the payment page; any instalment difference is applied by the issuing bank.
3. 3D Secure
Transactions are submitted for 3D Secure verification wherever the issuing bank supports it. Your bank then confirms your identity, usually with a one-time code sent to your registered telephone number, before the payment is authorised. This protects both you and us against unauthorised card use.
4. Your card details never reach us
Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are entered on the payment institution's page and are transmitted only to that institution and to the banking network. They are not sent to, processed by or stored on our servers. We keep only the amount, the currency, the date, the card brand, the last four digits and the transaction reference — the minimum needed to reconcile the payment and to process any refund.
5. Site security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. Forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, all database access uses parameterised queries, and every price is recalculated on the server before payment is requested, so that an amount altered in the browser cannot be charged.
6. Currency
All prices are shown and charged in Euro (€). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate on the day of the transaction and may add a conversion fee. Those amounts are set by your bank, not by us.
7. Delivery
The service sold on this site is accommodation, and where applicable event participation. It is delivered electronically: as soon as payment is authorised, a confirmation containing your booking reference and all stay details is sent to the e-mail address you gave. There is no physical shipment, and no delivery, shipping or handling charge is applied.
If the confirmation has not reached you within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@iconcreativeevents.com or by telephone on +90 543 763 45 47 with the name used for the booking. The service itself is performed on the arrival date shown in the confirmation, at the property address stated there.
8. Failed and duplicate payments
If a payment fails, no booking is created and no amount is collected. Some banks place a temporary authorisation hold on a failed attempt; that hold is released by the bank, normally within a few working days. If you believe you have been charged twice, write to info@iconcreativeevents.com with the date and amount and we will check the transaction with the payment institution and return any duplicate to your card.
9. Refunds
Refunds are made only to the card used for the original payment, under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
